    What is the additional 100 GB data promotion?

    This is a promotion for our loyal customer and customer will get additional 100 GB as data add-on if they renew during the promotion period.

    How long is the promotion period?

    From 6th July 2021 to 1st January 2022, 23:59:59 – 90 days.

    Who are eligible?

    All Telenor Home Wireless Customers – Customer who has already used or using first subscription.

    How to get 100 GB promotion?

    Customer can renew with existing process flow. And customer need to renew the WTTx subscription before 1st January 2022, 23:59:59 and customer will get base plan + 100 GB data add on once payment made.

    What will be the deduction prioritization?

    Data allowance from base plan will be consumed first, followed by Add-on data

    Can this promo data be carried forward to next subscription?

    If customer renew within 30 days after subscription expire, left-over data can be carried forward.

    Will there be any extra charges for additional 100 GB?

    No, it is the loyalty promotion for customer and there will be no extra charges for additional 100 GB.

    How can the customer who renew before this promo can enjoy this offer?

    If customer renew before this promotion, they can still enjoy this promotion because their current subscription will expire before promotion period by renewing before 1st January 2022 23:59:59.
